Registration Process

Each person may hold only one registered account at ok panalo. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information reasonably requested by ok panalo.

Ok panalo reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any point by requesting supporting documentation such as a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or PhilSys National ID). Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by ok panalo may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ok panalo login credentials, including your password. Ok panalo will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any message — if you receive such a request, it is not from us.

You must notify ok panalo immediately at support@okpanalo.xyz if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Ok panalo cannot be held responsible for any losses that result from your failure to protect your login credentials.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Log out of your ok panalo account on any shared or public device after every session.

Ok panalo will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you. Any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested through your account credentials are your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to ok panalo promptly and in good faith.

Deposits

The minimum deposit at ok panalo is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ok panalo wallet instantly for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and within standard bank processing times for bank transfers. Ok panalo does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution's cut-off times. Ok panalo processes all withdrawal requests the same day they are submitted, subject to standard security checks.

Payment Verification

Ok panalo reserves the right to verify the source of funds before processing withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in your own name that match the name on your ok panalo account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Ok panalo offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and special event promotions. 06 Sports Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the discretion of ok panalo. Ok panalo reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time prior to settlement, particularly where bets are placed at odds that were published in error due to technical malfunction or human mistake. Where a bet is refused after submission, the stake will be returned in full.

Bet Settlement

Results obtained via live scores, media reports, or unofficial sources are not used for settlement purposes.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void — and the stake returned — in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum play time required for settlement has been reached.
• The bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error.
• The event does not take place within 36 hours of the scheduled start time (unless otherwise stated for that specific market).
• A participant is withdrawn before the event begins in a market where the withdrawal makes the bet impossible to settle.

In-Play Betting

In-play markets are subject to additional rules. Ok panalo uses automated systems and human traders to manage live odds. In the event of a delay between a real-world event and the update of live odds — for example, a goal scored before the odds on the platform have refreshed — ok panalo reserves the right to void bets placed in that window at its reasonable discretion.

07 Casino Games & RNG Certification

RNG Fairness

12 Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access to ok panalo.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ok panalo's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Process

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — ok panalo will notify registered players by email to the address on file or via a platform notification displayed at login.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing rules, or administrative updates) may be made without specific notice, though the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of ok panalo after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 14 Governing Law
